Tonkatsu Sauce 1.8L/6 Bulldog

Tonkatsu Sauce (Bull-Dog) is very popular in Japanese society alongside soy sauce and the dish okonomiyaki (pancakes with various ingredients).
Made from vegetables, fruits, and spices, mainly based on: plums, carrots, apples, tomatoes, and onions. The name derives from the dish ‘Tonkatsu’ which is
a Japanese breaded pork cutlet (in Panko breadcrumbs).
In flavor, Tonkatsu sauce is sweet with a strong aroma that pairs well with any fried food, including our breaded pork chop, breaded chicken,
fried ribs, etc. It can also be used as a dip for vegetables, a sauce for pasta, fish, and is excellent with breaded shrimp.
Ingredients: water, high-fructose corn syrup, sugar, vinegar, salt, tomato paste, rice, starch, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (contains soy), apple puree,
spices, yeast extract, plum paste, carrot, onion, lemon juice.
