Tempura batter mix 10kg Ottogi

This is an original Korean product - a ready mix of ingredients needed to prepare batter for tempura. The flour should be mixed with water to create a thick pancake batter, in which sushi rolls, seafood, pieces of meat, vegetables, mushrooms, seaweed, pastries, edible flowers are coated and deep-fried. This method of frying in the appropriate batter, known as tempura, originates from Japanese cuisine but is also used in other Asian cuisines.
