Sweet Potato Boat Fries 2.5kg/4 KUKTA

Ready-made product obtained from sweet potatoes. The potatoes are sorted, washed, peeled, and cut into pieces. The resulting pieces are then breaded, fried in sunflower oil, packed, and frozen.

Preparation method: Oven with convection at 220°C for about 20-25 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Fryer: 175°C - 3.5-4 minutes, until a yellow-golden color is achieved.
