Roasted Buckwheat 5kg Halina

Preparation instructions:
Add roasted buckwheat to salted boiling water in the ratio of:
1 cup of buckwheat to 1 liter of salted water. When the water boils, reduce the heat. After 10 minutes, make a hole in the buckwheat and check if there is too much water left; if so, remove the lid and slightly increase the heat.
