Nori Seaweed Gold 140g, 50 sheets/20 Korea
Catalogue index: J05046
Description
Nori is a type of marine algae of the genus Porphyra (red algae), which after being cleaned, crushed, poured into rectangular molds (sieves), dried, roasted, and ultimately turned into thin sheets, is mainly used for making sushi in the maki-sushi version. They are quite brittle, have a deep green color, and a natural - marine taste. Nori is a 100% natural product, grown in cold and clean sea waters, where the algae have the best conditions for growth. Besides sushi, they can be used as a healthy snack or as an addition to other Japanese dishes. The wide use of seaweed by Asians is based on their health benefits, as they are a source of vitamins (A, B, C, E, K, PP), minerals (calcium, iron, iodine, sodium, copper, zinc, cobalt), highly digestible protein, and dietary fiber.
