Udon Fresh Noodles 200 g Hosaku is a fresh, thick (about 5 mm) wheat noodle in Japanese style, mainly consumed with aromatic broths. It is slippery, thick, and has a completely different texture than Polish noodles. Added to stir-fried dishes, mainly in a wok, and served cold with Mentsuju sauce. Excellent for soups and more. Udon is usually served hot in a delicate watery broth with added pieces of meat, mushrooms, or chopped vegetables.
