Extra Virgin olive oil Spanish 5L/3 Sandua

Extra Virgin Sandua is Spanish olive oil from the first pressing, available in a large, gastronomic bottle with a capacity of 5 L. It is characterized by a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and thus shows great oxidative stability (it is less prone to oxidation). The health benefits of olive oil have found application in the Mediterranean diet, DASH diet, and proper nutrition model. The most valued is cold-pressed oil, known as extra virgin, which due to its highest content of oleic acid, is characterized by high oxidative stability. Oils with a high content of oleic acid are more resistant to high temperatures, which is why olive oil can be subjected to thermal processing in home conditions.
