Chili con Carne is a ready-made spice mix essential for preparing the dish of the same name. The content of various types of peppers and a large amount of chili gives the dish a typical Mexican flavor and aroma. Our spice has a medium-grained structure – flakes and seeds of chili are visible. When dissolved in fat or broth, the dish takes on a vibrant and deep paprika color.
Chili con Carne is a classic dish of Tex-Mex cuisine. Its main ingredients are: ground beef, red beans, onion, tomatoes, and of course, peppers, including a lot of hot chili. It is a one-pot dish that we can enjoy with an inseparable tortilla or – which we recommend – with rice or baked potatoes.

Recipe for Chili con Carne Ingredients: ground beef
one cup of broth

chili con carne recipe Preparation: In a pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Dice the onion and pepper. If using fresh beans, they need to be soaked overnight, or we can use canned beans. In the heated fat, add the pepper and after a minute of frying, the onion and the pressed clove of garlic. After half a minute, add the ground meat and season everything with the Chili con Carne spice. After two minutes of frying, add the beans, corn, tomatoes, and pour everything with broth. If there is not enough broth, add water. Simmer for at least an hour, until the beans are soft and the sauce thickens. Serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!
