Original Japanese light Shiro Miso Hanamaruki (shorter aging), with a very delicate, salty-sweet aftertaste. This is a traditional Japanese thick paste made from fermented soybeans, rice with added salt and fermentation yeast. Most often, the paste is used for sauces, marinades, pickled vegetables or meats, stews, and also mixed with dashi, which is the base for miso-shiru (miso soup) - the most popular soup in Japan.
