Description
I23550 Spianata Romana Piccante approx. 1.3kg, Trinita Spianata Piccante is a matured salami made from pork meat, consisting of finely ground meat with the addition of bacon, salt, pepper, and paprika. It originally comes from Calabria. The spiciness and orange color are achieved by adding peperoncino. The characteristic shape is obtained by pressing the sausage. Ideal raw, it looks great on a charcuterie board, but can also be used as a topping for pizza. Salame Spianata is produced exclusively from pigs born and raised in Italy. For the production of this salami, mainly the pork neck and other noble parts are used, which are finely chopped, and the fat consists of medium-sized grains. This type of salami is stuffed into natural casings and then pressed. Ingredients: Pork meat products, offal, or blood.
