Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and placed in small boxes. In the cellar, part of the grapes undergoes a drying process under controlled humidity and temperature. This process causes the grapes to lose weight, while the sugar level and aromas are enhanced. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the liquid gains complexity and structure. Fermentation occurs, and part of the wine matures in wooden barrels for 3 months, then it is blended with another wine and bottled. Description: A wine with a straw-yellow color and elegant aromas of fruits and almonds, citrus, and tropical notes. On the palate, fresh and harmonious, with a long and pleasant finish. Pairing: It is an ideal accompaniment to all courses; perfect for raw or cooked shellfish, light sauces, and fresh cheeses.
