For the production of Mutti finely chopped tomatoes pulp, tomatoes from sunny regions are used. Processed and packaged within just a few hours of harvesting. Thanks to a special patented cold processing method and the removal of the seed core, we obtain a rich-tasting and aromatic pulp. It contains more juice than passata, therefore it can also be used in recipes requiring long cooking or higher temperatures.
