The first Cap Classique wine from Villiera Winery, created in close collaboration with renowned Champagne enologist Jean Louis Denois in 1984. It ages in contact with the yeast lees for an average of 18 months. From the first contact, it delights with its elegant structure and harmonious interplay of fruit and acidity with a pleasant yeast character typical of Champagnes. A harmonious wine with ideal proportions of white Chardonnay and red Pinot Noir. Excellent as an aperitif. It will be an ideal companion for light pasta, seafood, and sushi.
