Fortified wine, with a green-yellow hue, the Coeur de Muscat nose emanates delicate aromas of fresh fruits (mango, lychee). On the palate, it gives a surprising sensation of biting into fresh fruit. The wine is wonderfully balanced, lively, fresh, and rich, with a finish of fresh fig. Serve at a temperature of 6-7ºC with foie gras or strawberry soup, but also as an aperitif.
