The wine ferments partially in oak barrels. In the glass, it has an elegant golden color. The aroma is a wonderful combination of sweet, floral notes with honey, almonds, and ripe white fruits from the orchard. It is intense and complex. On the palate, there is equally much happening – intensity and complexity at a high level, penetrating acidity, and a long intense finish. An excellent example of Chardonnay from a cool site. Great with white meat, grilled fish, and seafood.
