Korean Sweet Potato noodles are made from 100% sweet potato starch. The noodles are unprocessed and shaped like the letter U. They are usually sold in dried form to be soaked in water and then used in soups, stir-fried dishes, or spring rolls. Ingredients: Sweet potato starch, sodium alginate (401).
