Parada De Atauta is a dry red wine from the Ribera Del Duero region made 100% from Tinto Fino (local term for Tempranillo grapes). The wine has a deep purple color. Aging the wine in French barrels for 12 months gives it character. The nose is dominated by dark fruits with balsamic notes. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant. Fresh and meaty at the same time. The concentration of fruits is accompanied by soft, pleasant tannins. It will pair wonderfully with grilled lamb, aged cheeses, and forest mushrooms.
