Dominio De Atauta is a dry red wine from the Ribera Del Duero region made 100% from Tinto Fino (local term for Tempranillo grapes). It has a vibrant cherry color, shimmering with ruby shades. Aging the wine in French barrels for 16 months gives it extraordinary complexity and a developed structure. An extremely intense and persistent nose with an exposure to red cherry and blackberry fruits. The bouquet is complemented by smoky notes and hints of spices (cloves and licorice). On the palate, it is velvety, meaty, and tannic. Long, slightly spicy finish. An elegant addition to a refined dinner – roasted or stewed meats (beef, game).
