Miralmonte Crianza is a wine produced exclusively from the local variety Tinta de Toro, sourced from vineyards over 50 years old. The wine ages for 12–15 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American oak (20%), followed by another 12 months in the bottle. Miralmonte Crianza is a cherry-red wine with ruby reflections. Complex and elegant, with balsamic and spicy aromas on a fruity background. In taste, it is structured and expressive, with a long finish. It pairs excellently with meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
