The Senda plots have more clayey soils than those from Cuesta del Herrero. Their structure allows us to produce stronger and more structured wine. Night harvests. Preferential cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature (local yeast). Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, then spends 12 months in used French oak barrels to preserve the mineral and fruity character. Dark red violet. On the nose very expressive, with a wide range of aromas; red fruits, pepper, cardamom, cocoa, with earthy and mineral notes. In the mouth strong and elegant with a full body. Pleasant acidity, giving a very fresh wine, rounded and well-balanced. Persistent with a long finish.
