Preferential cold maceration. Due to the similar ripening cycle, fermentation of Tempranillo and Merlot occurs together, after fermentation Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon also occur together. (Fermentation at controlled temperature with native yeast). Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, then spends 8 months in French oak barrels. Attractive, deep cherry color. The wine has a clear intensity, well-defined, with extraordinary complexity and a wide range of aromas (fresh red fruits, spices with a floral note on the finish). In the mouth, the wine is clearly defined by its elegance and fruity intensity. Harmonious and well-balanced, substantial, leading to a rich mouth-filling finish with moderate tannins.
