TASTING NOTE Bright yellow, lemon color. The wine is intensely aromatic and incredibly fresh. The 2022 vintage emphasizes the characteristic features of the grape, dominated by notes of pear, apple, and delicate citrus accents. Accompanied by milky nuances and aromas of toasted bread, typical of aging on the yeast lees. More exotic notes, characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyard, also appear. On the palate, creamy, long, and pleasantly persistent. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Pairs wonderfully with appetizers such as foie gras or creamy cheeses. An ideal choice for Japanese, Peruvian, and Fusion cuisine, especially Nikkei, which combines both traditions.
