Beautiful golden color shimmering with green reflections. Characteristic for the variety is the aroma of tropical fruits, complemented by nuances of toasted oak and vanilla. The palate is round with a creamy texture, resulting from the use of barrels (6 months) and the battonage method (mixing the yeast sediment from the bottom of the barrel) with the wine. Particularly recommended with mussels and shrimp. Pairs well with aged ham, grilled vegetables, and Niçoise salad.
