Winemaking: Thanks to the careful selection of Grillo, made from organically grown grapes, we obtain this Gergenti Organic Grillo. The grapes are hand-picked in the second week of August. After harvesting, they are gently pressed and slow fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about 15/20 days. After a short time in the tank, the wine is aged in the bottle for 3 months. Description: Light straw-yellow color, fruity with a Sicilian citrus finish. On the palate, it is clean, soft with a good level of acidity. Pairing: Excellent with pasta, fish, and grilled or stewed vegetables. Ideal as an aperitif or simply on its own.
