Vinification: A special product obtained exclusively from the Primitivo variety. The grapes are grown using the traditional "Alberello" method, hand-harvested at the end of August when the berries reach optimal ripeness. After harvesting, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 33°C for about 25 days to emphasize its structure and aromas. The wine then ages in oak barrels for about 4 months. Description: Intense ruby-red color with a bouquet of ripe fruits and a spicy aroma. On the palate, delicate, well-balanced, and harmonious. Pairing: food Excellent with game and grilled meat.
