Excellent Prosecco from limestone soils in a dry version completely devoid of sugar (zero dosage). The extraordinary terroir influences the limited aromaticity of this wine, where we find white flowers, green apple, and peaches with predominant stony-mineral accents. On the palate, it is wonderfully sparkling, with distinct acidity and excellent structure. On the palate, it is pleasantly creamy, rich, and complex with an elegant finish. Great with light snacks, Italian antipasti, and fruit sorbets. A perfect choice for an aperitif for an excellent Italian dinner.
