Cartizze, an absolutely unique area for growing the Glera variety, from which the famous Prosecco is made. The aromatic profile is characterized by a complex and intense bouquet, presenting the finest expression of Glera grapes grown in calcium-rich sandstone soils. The bouquet contains classic varietal notes of apple and pear, complemented by delicate spring flowers, citrus notes, and the richness of peach and apricot, with subtle hints of rose in the finish. The palate is harmonious and elegant, offering great softness and freshness, supported by fine and delicate perlage. Excellent wine for desserts (citrus sorbets, creamy ice creams).
