Description
In the original, gorditas are small breads that are filled with various toppings. Freshly baked, they are cut open to create a pocket for favorite ingredients. Gorditas are prepared fresh, so that the risen bread can be cut. In our version of gorditas - fresh boats, mini tortillas - are identical to the taco dish. Wheat cakes are used similarly to tacos, meaning they are shaped into a boat/shell in hand and filled with various toppings.
