Thin sheets of raw Greek Fillo pastry rolled up.

Before using KANAKI filo pastry, it should be thawed at room temperature for at least 2 hours in a tightly sealed package to retain moisture. Do not unfold filo pastry that is not completely thawed, as it may break. When preparing filo pastry, cover it with a slightly damp cloth to keep it moist. Tip! If you have some pastry left after finishing the recipe, you can seal it tightly in a plastic bag (to retain moisture) and store it in the refrigerator for at least a week.
